Laprolin Extra RUS pH 14 – Russian, innovative, synthetic non-combustible material of the new generation, developed by the team of SPE “Special Materials”.
This material is designed for protection against corrosion and damage of various metal, concrete, brick, wooden structures and bases.
- in civil construction for protection of metal and concrete structures, bridges and their pillars, flumes, water treatment facilities, water canals. In combination with loose materials it is used as a repair composition for all types of concrete articles (bridges, pillars, piles, ramps, flights of stairs, concrete floors), as well as a polymer topcoat with various color schemes.
- in the industry for protection of the surface of off-shore oil platforms, pipelines, oil derricks and reservoirs, as well as a protective coating for ships, submarines, motorboats and other machinery

Anticorrosive and sealing material LAPROLIN EXTRA RUS pH 14, is a homogeneous sticky mass of light-yellow to light-brown color, manufactured of polyether becoming hard at a temperature from - 30°C to + 50°С.

The material is the result of import phase-out, being a ground-breaking and unique product of Russia origin.

This material is used in various climatic conditions (from -70°C to +130°C, and up to 6-8 hours – max. 190°С). It can stand contact with aggressive media (from pH 0 to pH 14, from sweet water to see water, from alkali to acids, from crude oil to petroleum products). It is allowed to use the material at temperatures below zero, down to -15°C and over a wide humidity range from 25 to 85%.

Material LAPROLIN EXTRA RUS pH 14 has a full set of engineering and process documentation.

- absolute resistance to cavitation;
- surface covered with this material is water- and gas-proof;
- possesses the highest adhesion on any metal, concrete, brick, wooden and other material surfaces;
- dielectric material;
- does not adhere and is not glued, but is fastened to the base at the intermolecular level, if the application technology is observed;
- stands active abrasive wear;
- the material is used both in the non-pigmented initial condition and in the colored (filled) condition;
- has no Russian equivalents with similar or exceeding parameters;
- material price is much lower than foreign equivalents;
- in combination with dry fines (sand, marble powder, granite powder, chalk, quartz flour, etc.), in various ratios required for application, a super strong elastic POLYMER CONCRETEis formed
The material is applied to the prepared processed surface: with rollers, brushes, airless spraying with a nozzle 0,019”- 0,023”. Filled composition is applied by airless spraying with a nozzle 0,014” - 0,017”. It is allowed to use the material at temperatures below zero, down to -15°C and over a wide humidity range from 25 to 85%. When applying the material to the surface avoid contact with moisture.
