When faced with the problem of destruction of concrete bases under caused by aggressive medium (chemicals, acidic and alkaline medium), as well as with the problem of metal base corrosion, we started an in-depth study of this issue. We held many experiments, tested derivatives of various components in combination with a covered surface, and only in a few years we managed to find the proper solution and began to improve our product. The primary indicators for us were durability and guaranteed quality of the coating.
Efforts of our team resulted in creation of a high quality, anticorrosive and waterproof material LAPROLIN EXTRA RUS pH 14, that allows to solve the task of reliable protection of both concrete and metal bases.

We finished the last tests and successfully implemented a new product developed by researchers of SPE “Special Materials”, namely Polymer Concrete – LKM 1. This material is used as a repair composition for damaged portions of concrete bases. Polymer concrete – LKM 1 adheres to concrete surface at the intermolecular level, builds no cold joint and is resistant to permanent dynamic loads.

Perhaps just as early as tomorrow polymer compounds will replace expensive superalloys, being superior in strength, weight, ease of manufacturing and certainly in price.
In October polymeric coating Laprolin Extra Rus pH 14 was tested for a contact with cold drinking water. Results of laboratory tests confirmed our expectations. On October 23, 2019 we received a laboratory test that allows contact with cold drinking water. For the moment, our polymeric coating can be used for painting of water towers and other water supply systems.
